We offer a "sandpaper roll with conductive strips" for companies and laboratories to perform the sandpaper abrasion testing on insulated wires and cables (i.e., "Resistance to Sandpaper Abrasion" test).

The 180 grit Aluminum Oxide sandpaper with conductive strip is specifically made for the sandpaper abrasion test as specified in these automotive cable specifications:
SAE: J1127, J1128, J1678, J2840, J2031, J156
ISO: 6722-1, 6722-2, 14572, and 19642

Also used for testing to GM, Ford, and Stellantis (ie. Chrysler) cable standards.

1 inch x 50 yds (25.4 mm x 45.7 m) roll 180 grit aluminum-oxide sandpaper tape with 0.24 inch (6 mm) wide conductive strips. The strips are placed 3 inches (76 mm) center to center.
